About the role

We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to support children’s early learning and development. You’ll work closely with teachers to create a fun, inclusive and safe environment where every child can thrive. This role involves supporting play-based learning, helping children develop confidence and independence, and adapting activities to meet different needs.

What we are looking for

You must have a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or similar and Paediatric First Aid highly desirable. Experience in early years or primary settings is essential, including working with SEND, EAL and small group or one-to-one support. You should have an understanding of EYFS framework, child development and be confident using positive behaviour strategies. We're looking for someone warm, proactive and passionate about helping every child succeed.
