What skills and experience we're looking for

The Governors are seeking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and highly motivated Teaching Assistant to provide support in the Early Years Foundation Stage provision.

Candidates must have full NVQ Level 2 or above Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent qualification in a directly relevant area).

You will be required to work with and supervise individuals and groups of children under the direction/instruction of teaching &/or senior staff, inclusive of specific individual learning needs. Candidates must demonstrate the skills of enabling access to learning for all pupils. You will assist and support in classroom management and behaviour techniques in Early Years.
