We are seeking a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to support high-quality early years education. You will work closely with teachers and colleagues to create a safe, engaging environment where children can learn and develop through play and structured activities.
The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant qualification and have current, relevant EYFS experience. You will support learning across communication, language, literacy, and numeracy, working with individuals and small groups while promoting independence, confidence, and positive behaviour. You will also assist with observations, classroom organisation, and daily routines, including supporting children’s personal needs where appropriate.
A child-centred approach is essential, alongside the ability to build positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents. This is an opportunity to join a supportive team committed to giving every child the best possible start.
