YOUR MAIN DUTIES WOULD BE:


To provide operational leadership for all aspects of facilities management across the school site, ensuring that buildings, services, and grounds are safe, secure, legally compliant, and fit for purpose. The role will be accountable for the effective management of statutory compliance, planned and reactive maintenance, health and safety, environmental sustainability, cleaning, security, and contractor performance. The post holder will be responsible for developing and delivering a proactive facilities strategy that supports teaching and learning, promotes best value, and ensures a high-quality, safe and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.
