What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Facilities Manager with strong technical expertise in building systems and a proactive approach to maintenance and operations. This role requires deep knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and structural systems, as well as the ability to lead by example — providing both strategic oversight and direct technical support as needed. The ideal candidate will ensure that all facilities are safe, efficient, compliant, and fully operational to support organizational goals.

This role is based in our shared services team, with offices based at The Highway, however the Facilities Manager will oversee all sites within the Trust.
