This is a unique opportunity to join our founding team, leaving a lasting legacy and making a meaningful impact on students, families, and the wider community.

Following the release of our Maths and Science Faculty Lead positions, we are now seeking other inspirational leaders to join our team and help shape a seamless 2–16 curriculum that aligns with the Academy’s vision and values.

We are currently recruiting for the following roles:

  • English Faculty Lead (English & Languages)
  • Creative Arts Faculty Lead (Art & Design, Design & Technology, Food & Nutrition, Music)
  • Humanities Faculty Lead (Geography, History & Religious Studies)

As the school grows, so will your role, offering you the opportunity to expand your leadership impact and shape a high-performing team. You will inspire high-quality teaching and ensure excellent outcomes for all students, with a particular focus on supporting the most vulnerable. By fostering a culture of collaboration and achievement, and setting consistently high standards, you will create an environment where both staff and students are empowered to thrive.

As a Church of England Academy, we welcome staff and students of all faiths and none, and seek leaders who will uphold our Christian ethos and core values of Respect, Kindness, and Courage.

If you’re ready to make a meaningful contribution to our Academy’s journey, we’d love to hear from you!
