Your role:

As Faculty Leader for English, you will drive high standards of teaching and learning, lead curriculum development, and support a team of passionate educators. You’ll be accountable for improving outcomes for all learners, mentoring subject leaders, and ensuring a broad, balanced, and inclusive curriculum. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.

We’re looking for someone with Qualified Teacher Status and a degree in a relevant subject, alongside a proven track record of outstanding classroom practice and leadership. You’ll bring strategic vision, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire confidence in both staff and students. Experience in managing performance reviews, leading academy-wide initiatives, and using data to drive decision-making is essential.
