What skills and experience we're looking for
Required for September 2024, the Governors of this high achieving, oversubscribed Catholic Voluntary Academy seek to appoint an exceptional classroom practitioner to lead our highly successful English & Media Faculty. The faculty enjoys excellent results across all key stages and is a popular option at A level.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a well-qualified teacher of English to take responsibility for leading a committed team of staff with capacity to build on the successes so far.

The school is part of the Bishop Wheeler Catholic Academy Trust which consists of 2 high schools and 12 primary schools. The November 2014 Ofsted inspection and the June 2019 Section 48 inspection both judged St Mary’s as an outstanding school.
