Queen Katharine Academy is seeking an exceptional Faculty Leader for English to join us at a pivotal and exciting moment in our journey. Your role:
This is a role for a leader who wants to make a lasting impact. You will lead a talented, committed team, champion excellence in teaching and learning, develop a forward-thinking curriculum, and embed a culture of continuous improvement. Your leadership will be key to raising outcomes, mentoring subject leaders, and ensuring that English at Queen Katharine Academy remains broad, ambitious, inclusive, and influential.
You will be an outstanding classroom practitioner with Qualified Teacher Status and a relevant degree, bringing with you a proven track record of leadership and impact. You will have the strategic vision to lead change, the communication skills to inspire others, and the credibility to model excellence. Experience of performance management, academy-wide initiatives, and data-informed decision-making is essential.
