Family, Attendance & Community Lead job summary

Saffron Green is a vibrant and inclusive primary school, proudly rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted, at the heart of our community, we are looking to recruit a Family, Attendance & Community Lead for our busy, one form entry school.

This newly created role is an exciting opportunity to lead on attendance, support safeguarding and strengthen relationships with families and the wider community. You will play a key role in ensuring pupils attend school regularly, feel supported and thrive, while acting as a central point of contact for parents and external agencies.

Our school is a welcoming, inclusive and ambitious with high expectations for all pupils. We are proud of our strong relationships and believe that working closely with families is essential to every child’s success.

We are looking for someone who shares these values and is passionate about making a difference. You will bring strong interpersonal and organisational skills, alongside a commitment to supporting pupils and families.

This is a part-time role (3 days per week). We are flexible about how these days are structured across the week and welcome discussion with candidates, with the possibility of increased hours for the right candidate.
