Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies.
  • Work with multi-agency teams and attend relevant safeguarding meetings.
  • Support children and families with interventions such as nurture groups, social skills training, and behaviour management.
  • Monitor and promote student attendance, liaising with parents and external agencies.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to attendance and pastoral support.
