Is persistent to ensure that our children and families get the right support at the right time

Can remain calm in difficult situations and is not afraid to ask for help when needed

Has a warm, welcoming and infectious smile that lights up their face – this smile is there to greet our children, families and fellow staff to show them how loved, special and valued they are! You will be one of the first faces our families see in the mornings so this really matters!

Is creative, able to think outside the box and work with others to find sustainable solutions

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. All appointments are subject to clearance from the Disclosure and Barring Service, references and medical clearance.
