Family Support Worker job summary
Thomas Becket Catholic School is a successful, comprehensive 11-18 secondary school in Northampton. We are committed to continuous improvement and driving up standards of attainment and we are ambitious for our students and our staff. We are a Catholic, learning, listening school where it is not enough that children know they are loved, we show them. We are looking to recruit a confident and experienced Family Support Workers with school experience desirable, to join our amazing Admin Team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all administrative and safeguarding duties are carried out efficiently and with the upmost confidentiality. To work closely with parents and carers to help overcome pupils’ barriers to learning both internal and external to school.

1 x 39 weeks, 37 hours per week – 8.00am – 4.00pm (Mon-Thurs); 8.00 – 3.30 (Fri) incl. 30 min unpaid lunch
1x 39 weeks, 15 hours per week (3 hours per day)
