Family Support Worker -Appropriate Provision and School Engagement

FTC - Maternity Cover until Nov 2026

Grade 7 (£24,642.92 to £26,587 actual pay per annun based on 37 hours a week)

Grade 8 may be available to those highly experienced in a similar role

We are seeking to appoint an exceptional and motivated Family Support Worker -Appropriate Provision and School Engagement to join our Inclusion Team to work as part of the Inclusion Team to manage and work with identified students in Years 7-11 for whom aspects of the standard curriculum may not be appropriate. As a Family Support Worker, you will work preventativlely with vulnerable and/or disadvantaged families and children and the school to provide early intervention, signposting support and guidance.

Working Hours: 37 hours per week term time only
