We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Support Worker to join our school team. The successful candidate will work closely with pupils, parents, carers, and staff to ensure that every child feels safe, supported, and ready to learn.

You will:

• Provide early help support to families facing challenges.

• Work directly with pupils to improve attendance, wellbeing, and engagement.

• Offer practical advice, guidance, and signposting to external agencies.

• Lead and contribute to safeguarding processes.

• Build positive relationships with parents and carers, promoting strong home–school links.

• Support the development of intervention plans and monitor impact.
