Salary: NJC H14-20 (FTE £29,540 - £32,597) paid pro rata
Hours: 30 hours per week
Contract type: Fixed term - 5th January 2026 to 31st August 2026
Reporting to: Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher
Main purpose
To work closely with parents and carers to help overcome pupils’ barriers to learning, whether inside or outside school. This will involve monitoring attendance, maintaining regular communication, putting interventions in place, and liaising with relevant staff and professionals to ensure parents and carers are consistently engaged in pupils’ development and progress.
