Hillborough Junior School is seeking to employ a creative,
enthusiastic and dynamic Family Worker & Inclusion Support  to join our existing Family Worker and school
team

Hillborough Junior School cares passionately about the health
and wellbeing of our pupils and sees the link between home and school as a
vital part of enabling this. We are very
passionate about promoting sport and performing arts within our school as this
provides children with the confidence and self-belief to ‘aspire to
excellence’.

Our school site is home to the Hillrise Behaviour Provision and
The Shire Initial Teacher Training  Centre and we have partnerships with many
organisations in the town and further afield.

What do we require?

·         You to
have the ability to build good working relationships with both pupils, staff
and parents/carers.

·         In depth knowledge of
safeguarding, attendance and promoting welfare of children.

·         Able to
manage periods of conflicting work demands and to maintain accurate records.

·         Some
experience of working with professionals from different agencies.

·         A Level 3
qualification or equivalent in child care/development and previous school
experience.
