Finance and Office Assistant job summary

Contract Details: 39 weeks, 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Ideally 12:00pm - 4:00pm negotiable)

Job Type: Fixed term for 1 year

We are looking for a Finance and Office Assistant to join our wonderful school. We are passionate and fully committed to providing the very best education for all of our children. The post holder will need to:

  • Have experience of working in a varied role.

  • Be organised and have time management skills.

  • Pay attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors.

  • Be versatile and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills.

  • Be reliable with a calm and strategic approach to problem solving.

  • Have the ability to work under pressure.

  • Be a competent user of Google Drive, using Google Docs; creating letters, Google Sheets; Data collection and Google Slides; presentations.

  • Be able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team.

We are looking for someone who has:

This post will be reporting directly to the Headteacher and will be based at Cliff Lane Primary School.
