Finance Assistant job summary

PART TIME (25 HOURS PER WEEK)

GRADE B POINT 1 - 4 £24,027 - £24,790 FTE

The successful candidate will:

  • Processing of creditors’ invoices using the Trust’s financial software (HOGE portal & Access Dimensions) in accordance with supplier terms and conditions, and the Trust’s policies.
  • In liaison with the Finance Manager, when required, process BACs supplier payments.
  • When required, timely and efficient ordering of goods and services in line with Trust policies and procedures (including ‘Best Value’).
  • Ensure that requests for supplies and services adhere to the Academy Trust Handbook and Trust’s Financial Regulation Manual.
  • In liaison with the Finance Manager, ensure all data held in relationship to suppliers is accurate and up to date.
