Finance Assistant (Part-Time) job summary
Nicholas Breakspear Catholic School is rapidly expanding and we are currently looking for a part-time Finance Assistant to work in our supportive and friendly Business Support team.
The successful candidates will need to demonstrate:
- Proficiency and experience using finance and school systems, eg Edupay and Arbor
- Excellent attention to detail and proof-reading skills
- A positive, calm and friendly manner
- A ‘can-do’ attitude with the ability to work flexibly between fluctuating priorities is essential
Hours per week: The role is for one day per week (7 hours) - can be worked flexibly across the week if desired
Weeks per year: term time plus inset days and 1 additional week during school holidays (by mutual agreement) - 40 weeks
Annual leave paid: 5.6 weeks
Total paid weeks: 45.6 weeks per year
Grade: H3, SCP5 - 6
Full Time annual pay rate: £24,189 - £24,582 - paid pro-rata
Actual pay per annum: £4013 - £4078
