Finance Assistant
Pickwick Academy Trust would like to recruit a permanent, part-time Finance Assistant, based at the Trust Head Office at Corsham Primary School.
Hours of work: 24 hours per week,between 8.30am – 4.30pm, 4 or 5 days per week (exact days & times to be mutually agreed). Flexible working requests will be considered.
Potential for future increase in hours due to Trust growth.
Weeks: 41 weeks per annum (term time plus TD days and two weeks in the school holidays).
Salary range F9 – F11, £25,119 - £26,421, pro rata, per annum (actual salary £14,733 - £15,496 per annum), dependent on experience. Salary review pending.

Pickwick Academy Trust is made up of fifteen community and church primary schools across Wiltshire and Dorset, and is organised into three geographically proximate ‘hubs’. The schools in the Trust are committed to working together to provide the best schools and outcomes for their children.
We are looking to appoint a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to form an essential part of our friendly central finance team based at the trust offices at Corsham Primary School.
The Finance Assistant will be responsible for the provision of a financial administrative service for our schools under the direction of the Head of Finance and Finance Managers and in accordance with the procedures in the Pickwick Academy Trust Financial Procedures Manual.
Job purpose:
To work with the Head of Finance and Finance Managers to provide a range of high-quality financial services, including the processing of orders, invoices and income received, which will support the management and monitoring of the financial position in schools so that they can run smoothly, efficiently and effectively in the delivery of their core aims.
