Exciting new opportunities are available, as our school grows to accommodate new pupils in the coming months.
We are a Complex Needs School for pupils with moderate, severe and profound learning difficulties between the ages of 3 and 19. All pupils have different learning needs; they learn best when they are happy and excited about learning.
Chapel Green School is a supportive, challenging and happy learning environment, where all individuals are respected and encouraged to reach their full potential.
In the coming months we will be expanding the number on roll to accommodate more pupils from South Norfolk and beyond.
Main purpose of the role is to assist with management and control of the school’s financial resources; and the planning, allocating and using financial resources in a manner which satisfies the requirements of accountability and financial control.
Essential to this role is formal qualification in accounting. Excellent and reliable numeracy/literacy skills and very good interpersonal skills. You must be computer literature and have general organisational skills with attention to detail. Experience of supporting financial and administrative services and maintaining computerised records and systems. Analytical thinking with attention to detail. You will be part of a small team and the use of your own initiative and quick responses will be essential.
*post to cover maternity leave, likely to become permanent for the right candidate.

Chapel Green is a Complex Needs School for pupils with moderate, severe, and profound learning difficulties between the ages of 3 and 19. All pupils have multiple and complex needs. All pupils have a significant learning need.

We are looking for a confident and creative individual who enjoys being with children/young people and works constructively as part of a team. They will need to have enthusiasm and energy, be creative and flexible and be self-reflective and organised. They will need to be able to plan the learning of pupils with a wide range of needs using a fully differentiated approach.
Applications are welcomed from teachers with experience in special education from mainstream and or special schools. Our teachers have a thorough understanding of child development and learning, especially in the early years of a child’s development, so this position would suit a teacher from the primary sector.
