RESPONSIBILITIES

To demonstrate a flexible approach with good working knowledge of financial systems

PRINCIPLE DUTIES

• To be an active part of a modern finance team in a busy and quick moving environment supporting an outstanding school

• To maintain the Tucasi Scopay system and the Cunninghams Impact Fusion systems with regards to cashless catering procedures

• To record all snack bar income and ensure all income is properly recorded

• To maintain the Tucasi Scopay system and related administrative procedures with regards to organising trips and events

• To account for Private Funds income and accurately record income and expenditure movements on all individual funds

• To reconcile the Private Funds bank statement in an accurate manner on a monthly basis

• To maintain records of all income and expenditure in respect of Private Funds (General Funds) and to submit month end and year end balance information to the Finance and Payroll Manager and Business Manager

• To run the staff car valet service, collating requests from staff and liaising with the valet provider

• To maintain the recording of Standards Cards ticks on master spreadsheet and allocate detentions for students as required, and reporting to tutors and heads of year

• Assist the Finance and Payroll Manager and Business Manager in any duties relating to finance, and assisting the Administration Manager with general administration of the school
