Key Responsibilities

  • Manage school bank accounts, income, and reconciliations
  • Operate school income and cashless catering systems
  • Raise invoices and manage credit control
  • Process and reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and card transactions
  • Maintain supplier records and follow fraud prevention procedures
  • Respond to finance queries promptly and support colleagues across the Trust

About You

  • Experience in finance or administration (school/education sector experience desirable)
  • Good numeracy, IT, and Excel skills
  • Strong organisation, accuracy, and customer service focus
  • Team player with a proactive approach
