Job Title: Finance Support Officer

Location: Adelaide School

Grade/Scale: Staffordshire Grade 5, Scale Point 6-9

We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Finance Officer to join our team and support the school’s financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the financial procedures.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Process invoices and payments efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support and handle general office duties as required.

The successful candidate will:

Proven experience in a finance role.

Strong knowledge of finance procedures and best practices.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in word processing and IT skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
