Financial Operations Lead job summary
Lent Rise Academy Trust is seeking a part time (15hours per week) 40 weeks per year (term time, with 1 week in the Summer holiday period) Finanical Operations Lead to work strategically alongside the Headteacher and Trustees.
Lent Rise Academy Trust is seeking a dedicated and experienced finance professional to lead our school’s financial operations and compliance. The ideal candidate will have formal accountancy training or equivalent experience, a solid understanding of school finance systems, and a background in busy workplace environments.
You will play a pivitol role in delivering high-quality financial services, ensuring best value and efficiency. Strong communication, initiative, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently are essential, alongside a commitment to supporting staff, pupils, and the wider school community.

Part time working hours and pattern and can be agreed with the Headteacher, and salary will reflect experience and qualifications.
