First Aid Assistant, Administrator and Receptionist job summary

FIRST AID ASSISTANT, ADMINISTRATOR AND RECEPTIONIST

Term Time Only (plus 2 training days)

12 hours per week term time only (plus Training Days)
Thursday and Friday 9.00am – 3.00pm (15 minute paid break)

Required for May 2024

Level 2 Point Range 3-6 depending on experience - £22.737.00 - £23,893.00 pro rata
(Actual salary range will be £6,420.00 - £6,747.00)

We wish to appoint a flexible, hardworking individual as a First Aid and administration assistant. You will be based in our north school reception and the role will include being the first point of contact for First Aid and First Aid administration. The role also includes a range of administrative duties and some reception cover. This is a great opportunity for a hard-working and friendly team player who is able to demonstrate:

Working in a school requires you to have strong organisational and communication skills. There will be face-to-face interaction with students, teachers, parents, and members of staff.

Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are important. Experience is desirable but not essential; the successful candidate will be expected to complete First Aid training.

The successful candidates will be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring check.
