Are you passionate about fitness and enjoy helping others achieve their goals?

We are seeking an enthusiasticFitness & Lettings Officerto support the smooth running of our on-site fitness facilities and community lettings acrossMaritime Academy and The Rochester Grammar School.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our growing Thinking Fitness provision. You will play a key role in ensuring our facilities are welcoming, safe and well maintained, while supporting both our students and community users.

Personal Trainers can also use our gyms for one-on-one sessions, and those with class qualifications have opportunities to lead group exercise classes

We can offer either a 15-houror30-hourcontract, providing flexibility to suit your availability and lifestyle.

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold or be working towards a Level 2 Fitness Qualification.
  • Have a genuine interest in health, fitness and wellbeing.
  • Be confident engaging with a range of people and providing excellent customer service.
  • Be organised, proactive, and able to manage time effectively.
  • Be a team player with a flexible approach, including occasional evening or weekend work to support lettings.
