What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Food Technician to join our Hospitality department. This rewarding role supports the delivery of engaging, practical lessons by ensuring that resources are well prepared and that all activities meet current Health and Safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organise materials for lessons across KS3to KS5
- Manage stock levels and place orders as needed
- Operate a variety of equipment supporting the food curriculum
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the Food Technology classrooms and equipment
- Training will be provided to the successful candidate
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and stay calm under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, flexible mindset with a proactive “can do” attitude
- Meticulous attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with accuracy
- GCSEs at grade C or above in English and, or equivalent qualifications demonstrating sound literacy and numeracy skills

- £17,755 per annum
- This is term time only role, 30 hours per week. You will be required to work 9am – 3:30pm, Monday – Friday
