Working pattern

Part time: Due to the College Sports programme requirements the successful candidate will need to be available for the following core session during term time: Wednesday: 11:40am – 5:00pm (start time is dependent upon home/away fixture). Dependent upon programme schedule there may be available overtime during term time as follows: Monday: 9:00am–10:30am Tuesday: 3:00pm–4:30pm Thursday: 1:45pm – 3:15pm Plus additional hours for Home and Away fixtures (flexibility required) Plus potential holiday camp delivery outside of term time

What skills and experience we're looking for

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Academy sports team. You will deliver and administrate the sports academy contributing to its recruitment and smooth and efficient running.

Candidates must have a good general education, be a qualified coach in the sport required, have excellent sports links in the community and be able to evidence experience and skills that suggest suitability to discharge the duties as outlined in the Job Description.

This role focuses primarily on the delivery and development of the Women’s Football Academy programme. The role will also support the development and growth of women’s football within the Trust, including contributions to future outreach initiatives such as holiday football camps, community engagement and player recruitment pathways.

What We’re Looking For In Our Coach:

  • Holds a UEFA B Licence (minimum)
  • Has experience in football coaching (ideally within the women’s game)
  • Can deliver engaging, structured sessions
  • Is reliable and committed to fixed weekly sessions
  • Has an interest in developing programmes beyond coaching
