Football Development and Outdoor Facilities Coordinator job summary

FOOTBALL DEVELOPMENT AND OUTDOOR FACILITIES COORDINATOR

Required from September 2024

NJC 4B Points 15 – 18 (£27,803.00 - £29,269.00) pro rata (Actual Salary £18,647.00 - £19,630.00)

Initially an average of 25 hours per week (1125 hours per year) 0.6707 of full time

Redborne Upper School wish to appoint a determined, enthusiastic and highly motivated Football Development and Outdoor Facilities Coordinator. You will be responsible for the football development plan working closely with local football teams. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and highly motivated person to contribute to the delivery of football in the local community and further develop the school’s growing reputation.

Core hours to include a minimum of 25 hours per week 2.00pm – 7.00pm in the period September to March during the main football season. An additional 325 hours per annum to be worked during evenings, weekends and school holiday periods by agreement.

About 80% of the Sixth Form go on to university and each year a number of students get into Oxbridge. The school is well regarded, oversubscribed and situated in a very pleasant area of Central Bedfordshire, within easy reach of London. The campus includes a state-of-the-art 400 seat theatre and Sixth Form social area.
