Teacher of French, Belleville Primary School, September 2025

The Quality First Education (Q1E) Trust is seeking a Teacher of French teacher to join us in September 2025.

You will deliver specialist modern foreign language (MFL) provision, teaching French to children in Key Stage 2 (Year 3 to Year 6) at Belleville Primary School. All classes have a French lesson every week.

We are open to applicants seeking part time hours.

You will:

  • Be an excellent teacher, using a range of strategies to meet children’s needs.
  • Be fluent in French and English, with great subject knowledge and an understanding of the wider Key Stage 2 National Curriculum.
  • Set targets for children's learning, assess, record and report on their achievements, and use this information to inform your planning and teaching.
  • Develop, adapt and enhance our French curriculum, lesson plans and teaching resources to ensure they are of the highest quality.
  • Come up with exciting ideas to ensure our French learning is engaging, ambitious, relevant and nurturing (L.E.A.R.N).
