Front of House Manager job summary
We are seeking a friendly, highly organised and proactive Front of House Manager to be the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors and professionals. As the face of the college, you will play a key role in creating a warm, professional and welcoming environment. You will be responsible for managing the college’s reception, welcoming visitors, and ensuring the college’s front-of-house operations run smoothly and in line with safeguarding procedures. The successful candidate will be well organised, reliable, efficient in dealing with situations as they arise, and have the ability to prioritise workload.
