FSCE Customer Services Manager job summary
Future Stories Community Enterprise Ltd (FSCE) is a new start up business. We are looking for an experienced and detail-orientated Customer Services Manager to join our team. You will be the driving force behind our customer support service, ensuring that all interactions are efficient, empathic and to the highest standard. Your leadership will be crucial in resolving customer issues and enhancing service delivery.
You will be employed by Reading School but working for FSCE, which is a trading arm of the school set up to promote social mobility and impact in Grammar Schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be the primary contact for customer queries and feedback.
- You will ensure all customer interactions are compliant with relevant company policies, including data protection (GDPR).
- You will drive process improvement and develop systems and tools that enhance the customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in customer service management, ideally in education.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive, solution-led approach with a commitment to a high level of customer service.

Hours of work: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time only plus two weeks.
