We are seeking a General Admin Assistant that will support the business function of our school. The position is term time only, full time or part time hours will be considered.

The General Admin Assistant will provide a range of administrative and support services to the school community. This includes:

  • General tasks in the school office
  • Compliance updates
  • School reception cover
  • Student attendance calls
  • Liaising with parents and carers
  • Assisting school events and activities

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the day to day running of the school office, including answering the phone, greeting visitors and dealing with correspondence
  • Update the school’s administrative systems (Arbor and Compliance)
  • Provide administrative support to School Leaders

The successful candidate will have:

  • 5 GCSEs grade 9-4 (A* - C), including English and Math’s
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience of working in a school environment is desirable
  • Experience of Arbor is desirable
