What skills and experience we're looking for
We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic, flexible and committed Cover Teacher to join our supportive team to provide effective cover supervision across the school.
As a Cover Teacher, you will administer the cover system, provide effective management of cover staff and to work as a cover supervisor undertaking whole class supervision in the absence of the class teacher enabling pre-set work to be completed.
We are looking for a calm and confident individual who has the skills to be able to manage classroom activities safely and who can create a positive learning environment.
Previous experience in a similar role, using databases and a good standard of education would be an advantage.
This is an ideal opportunity for those of you who may be thinking of teaching as a career, as this will provide experience of a classroom and students.
