We are looking for a motivated, flexible and highly skilled Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) practitioner to work alongside the nursery lead practitioner and wider EYFS team in our small governor led nursery to support a child with communication and interaction needs.

The successful candidate will need to fulfil all the minimum criteria within the job description.

The successful candidate will become part of an energetic team, with high aspirations for the children in our care and will be able to contribute to our school purpose of ‘Together We Can’ contributing to the rapid improvement journey of our EYFS.

Our Early Years Practitioner must be able to contribute to inspiring experiences for our children, whilst establishing a nurturing environment and encouraging bravery and curiosity in our children’s development. Our Early Years practitioner will excel in teamwork and help support the nursery as it grows into a truly fascinating setting for our children. In relation to supporting a child 1:1, you will work closely with parents and multi agencies to secure the best possible start in education for this child. You will be calm, kind and patient and willing to adapt and be flexible within your role.
