GTA - 25 hours per week with MSA – 5 hours per week. Monday to Friday 08:45 – 3:15 (half hour lunch break).
This is a fixed term, term time only contract initially until 31st August 2022.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced General Teaching Assistant with Midday Supervisory responsibility to work alongside children across the primary age range. Duties may include one to one support and general classroom tasks. The post holder will also be providing lunchtime cover. The position is to commence as soon as possible.
Our ideal candidate would:
- Have GCSE in Mathematics or English or equivalent qualifications.
- Have a level 2 TA qualification.
- Have experience of working in a primary school environment.
- Be able to work with individual children, small groups and large groups of children.
- Be experienced in a range of behaviour management techniques.
- Be able to work alongside the class teacher.
- Be able to work independently.
- Be enthusiastic, motivated and able to use their own initiative.

At Brayton C of E Primary School we ensure that we meet safeguarding regulations. Any successful applicant would need to have an enhanced DBS check to confirm they are suitable to work in our environment.
