What skills and experience we're looking for
Due to the increasing number of pupils in our school, we are seeking to recruit a Teaching Assistant for 27.75 hours per week. Working days are Monday 9:00 – 3:15pm, Tuesday to Friday, 12 – 5:30pm.

The successful candidates will need to have:
- The skills and confidence to work with children in Early Years and Key Stage 1;
- A proven track record in effectively supporting individuals within a primary school setting;
- The ability to establish excellent relationships with children and promote aspirational achievement for all groups of learners;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team;
- Believe in the inclusion for all and is able to implement strategies to support children with SEND.

All contracts are term time only (TTO) contract plus the 5 staff training days each year.
