What skills and experience we're looking for

Are you passionate about the education of children and want to work in a school where every individual is valued? This is an exciting opportunity for a motivational teaching assistant to join our highly skilled and friendly staff. This post will be working with EYFS and KS1 children and be predominantly based in our Class 1 (Nursery, Reception and Year 1).

Candidates should:

  • be enthusiastic and committed to nurturing, challenging, inspiring and motivating pupils to reach their full potential;
  • have excellent communication and organisational skills;
  • be resilient and flexible;
  • have a cheerful disposition and a sense of humour;

  • have experience in an EYFS setting.
