Governance & Administration Officer job summary
About the Role
We are seeking an organised, proactive and highly professional Governance & Administration Officer to join our central Trust team.
Working closely with the Head of Operations, Trustees, Governors and school leaders, you will play a key role in supporting governance, compliance and administrative functions across Omnia Learning Trust.
The role includes clerking governance meetings, maintaining governance records, coordinating GovernorHub administration, supporting Trustee and Governor onboarding, maintaining policy records and assisting with a range of Trust-wide administrative processes.
This is a predominantly home-based position, offering flexibility alongside opportunities to work with colleagues across our schools in London and Oxfordshire.
Further DetailsThis role is primarily home-based, although candidates should ideally be located within reasonable travelling distance of Twickenham to allow access to the Trust's London Hub and attendance at occasional meetings.
Travel to Trust schools across London and Oxfordshire may be required from time to time.
Full equipment, training and ongoing support will be provided.
