Core Purpose and Scope:
You will be a critical member of the Shared Services team, supporting the daily operation of Governance services within the Academy. You’ll work with the wider team to provide an outstanding approach, providing governance administrative support to the Executive Team, which includes managing the induction process for new governors, including distribution of induction packs, as well as maintaining records for Trustees and Governors.

This role is fast paced, varied and exciting, offering opportunities to work with Governance stakeholders across all layers of the organisation. This is a great opportunity that will give you experience working with schools across the Cygnus Academies Trust network.
About you:
This role is perfect for someone looking for experience within an established and successful MAT. This post will provide exposure to all aspects of Governance at many levels. The successful candidate will be a confident relationship builder with excellent communication skills, have the ability to work with minimal supervision, independently and as part of a team, have sound judgement and ability to handle competing priorities is essential, be detail-oriented - paying attention to details and able to deliver high quality, accurate work.

Where applicable, if an applicant with a provisional offer of employment has lived and/or worked outside the UK, they will be required to obtain a Certificate of Good Conduct.
