This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to develop their expertise in the world of MAT Governance, compliance, and strategic operations.
If you're proactive, detail‑focused and ready to support strong governance across a large and dynamic Trust, we’d love to hear from you.

In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with central teams and senior leaders to deliver high‑quality governance and compliance support
- Analyse, extract and manipulate data to produce clear reports and insights for leaders and the Trust Board
- Support stakeholder engagement across the Trust, including internal teams and external partners
- Play a key part in the onboarding and induction of our dedicated team of volunteers, enabling them to thrive as Academy Champions
- Help develop and enhance governance systems as Trust needs evolve
This role places you right at the centre of our mission to ensure strong, transparent, effective governance across all academies.

- Is organised, proactive, and eager to learn
- Communicates effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Is confident using Microsoft Office and handling data
- Enjoys problem‑solving and delivering high‑quality work
- Works collaboratively with central teams including Finance, Administration and Operations
If you're passionate about making a difference, enjoy variety, and want to grow your career in a meaningful direction, this is the role for you.

- Hybrid/flexible working
- Eligibility for the LGPS pension scheme
- Employee Assistance Programme
- Full support with your continuous professional development
- Access to governance networks and communities across the education sector
We proudly and actively encourage applications from the diverse communities we serve.
