Governance Assistant job summary
The Diocese of Hereford Multi-Academy Trust, Much Marcle CE Primary School and Goodrich CE Primary School are seeking to appoint a proactive individual with a passion for administration and a keen interest in education governance to support our Local Governing Bodies,
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administration support to the Local Governing Body.
- Prepare and manage documentation, correspondence and reports.
- Co-ordinate and attend both virtual and face to face meetings.
- Engage with continued professional development, through training and networking.
Requirements
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Proficient in Office applications and dedicated governance packages
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to travel to attend meetings as required.
