What skills and experience we're looking for

The Governors of Beardall Fields are looking to appoint a full time Grade 3 Teaching Assistant on a fixed term contract for a year but this may become permanent depending on pupil numbers.

We are looking for an experienced teaching assistant to work in our school. The successful candidate will:

• be experienced in working with children across the primary age range
• be experienced in working with children with additional needs
• be flexible and work well in a team
• have a really positive outlook
• work positively in partnership with parents
• understand that no two days are ever the same
• be prepared to go the extra mile
