Are you a high quality graduate of English, we would like to hear from you.
Brampton Manor Academy is an outstanding 11-18 school located in East Ham. We have over 2000 students on roll and a highly selective sixth form. The vast majority of our sixth form students progress to the highly prestigious Russell Group of Universities.
We are looking to recruit a high quality graduate (minimum 2.1) to join our school as a graduate trainee teacher. You will be assigned a mentor and initially observe lessons taught by excellent teachers. You will then gradually start teaching or co-teach your own classes.
As a graduate teacher, you will be paid as a fully qualified teacher (minimum salary: £29,664 per annum) and be expected to work 195 days a year. We will support you to gain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) within three years. What is unique about our training programme is that your pay will increase year after year and by the time you gain QTS, you will be earning nearly £33,000 per annum), with the added bonus of being a fully qualified teacher!
