Blackpool Sixth is a first-class college specialising in 16–19 education, and we’re looking for a Graphics and Fashion Promotion Teacher to join our vibrant Academy of Creative Arts, Visual Arts team on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit, creative department where ideas are shared, ambition is encouraged, and students are supported to build confidence, develop industry-relevant skills and showcase their talent as they work towards their future goals.
A day in your new role could see you:
- Designing and delivering inspiring lessons in graphics and fashion promotion
- Helping students develop eye-catching visual communication, branding and promotional concepts
- Coaching learners through creative briefs, portfolios and final outcomes
- Collaborating with colleagues to keep the curriculum fresh, relevant and exciting
- Encouraging students to think big, take creative risks and explore progression into the creative industries
