A good standard of practical knowledge, skills and experience of grounds and building maintenance is required. However support with training and development is offered as part of our commitment to our staff.
You will be working alongside the school site team, or alone according to the work required. Further, a committed and positive approach to work and team building is essential.
This is a support staff role with SMART Trust and comes with the benefits of generous paid annual leave, Local Government Pension, sick pay scheme, training and development, and a welcoming and supportive working environment.
The role can be based at any of the SMART Trust schools with travel to other sites in South East Cornwall as necessary. Please see Trust website for details of our schools.
