Eastern Education Group is seeking a highly organised and proactive Group Compliance Administrator to support the delivery of effective compliance, health and safety, and GDPR processes across the Group. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining compliance systems, supporting policy and procedure management, monitoring sensitive records and databases, and ensuring consistent standards across multiple sites and departments. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement within a large and diverse educational organisation.
The role will involve supporting compliance teams with incident reporting systems, GDPR record management, policy updates, audit preparation, training coordination and monitoring compliance activities across the Group. You will work closely with the Group Head of Health & Safety and Group GDPR & Compliance Lead to help identify trends, maintain accurate documentation, support data protection processes and contribute to strategic compliance objectives. The successful candidate will also assist with organising compliance-related activities, procurement and stock control, while ensuring information is accurate, secure and accessible to authorised personnel.
Applicants should possess strong Microsoft Office skills and experience working in a similar administrative role within a medium or large organisation. We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, a professional and flexible approach, strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and campuses. A commitment to excellent customer service, professionalism and adaptability within a fast-paced environment is essential.
