An exciting opportunity awaits an exceptional Hair & Beauty Lecturer and Assessor to become part of our growing and innovative vocational provision. Are you ready to share your industry expertise and help learners develop the skills, confidence, and professionalism needed for successful careers in the Hair & Beauty sector? We want YOU to be part of our vibrant academy community!
As part of our developing Hair & Beauty provision, you will play a key role in delivering engaging, high-quality theory and practical lessons to post-16 learners. You will help create a realistic salon learning environment, support learner progression into employment, apprenticeships, and further education, and contribute to the future growth and success of this exciting new programme.
What We Are Looking For:

A Level 3 qualification (or above) in Hairdressing, Barbering, Beauty Therapy, or a related subject.
β
A passion for vocational education and developing young people's potential.
β
Industry experience within the Hair & Beauty sector.
β
Strong communication, organisational, and learner support skills.
β
Experience in teaching, training, or assessing vocational qualifications is desirable.
β
A commitment to learner success, safeguarding, and professional excellence.
